REVELATION AT ITS DEEPEST
“No one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.”
God said this morning, “Love, at its deepest is brought about by the revelation I gave you this morning (see below), Amen Amen Amen.”
Acts 2:17, 21
And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;… That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’ NKJV
God’s Revelation:
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ (John 3:5-7 NKJV)
-
Jesus just before His crucifixion said in John 17:1-3:
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, 2 as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You [intimatly], the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. NKJV
What was the promise?: Acts 2:17-21 (see above) -
(Acts 1:4-5, 8, 21)
And [Jesus] being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; 5 for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now…” 8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth…” 21 And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.‘
[NOTE: We receive the Holy Spirit and God’s power in order to speak and teach [witness] of Jesus Christ to the world that does not AS YET know Him.]
3. (Acts 2::1-4)
When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with ONE ACCORD in ONE PLACE. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind [Spirit], and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues [the language of men and God’s angels], as the Spirit gave them utterance. NKJV (also see Acts 19:6-7 & Rom 3:10-17 below)
* (Acts 19:6-7) [later as Paul laid his hands on others]
And when Paul had laid hands on them (others), the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. NKJV
[NOTE: Notice that God said “Prophesied.”God has said promised me several times that this generation will be the most prophetic generation [hear the voice of God’s Holy Spirit) that has been on earth. Do you want to be part of it? If so, God teaches us in the Bible that we must receive the Holy Spirit. It is our tongue that has the problem; and our tongue speaks from our heart.
* (Romans 3:10-18)
As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; there is none who understands; there is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; they have together become unprofitable; there is none who does good, no, not one.” “Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they have practiced deceit”; the poison of asps is under their lips”; “whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.” “Their feet are swift to shed blood; Destruction and misery are in their ways; and the way of peace they have not known.” “There is no fear of God before their eyes.“NKJV
[NOTE: How is the Holy Spirit connected to Romans 3:10-18 and why has God continued to give us the gift of the Holy Spirit generation after generation? How important to God and you is the giving and receiving of the Holy Spirit? Paul answers these questions in 1 Corinthians 12:3-12 as he says: “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed,
and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
[NOTE: You heard the Holy Spirit prior to accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord or you could not have confessed Jesus Christ as your Savior!]
Please consider praying what God asked me to pray: “Father pour out Your Spirit on all flesh so that all flesh can confess that Christ is their Lord, and be saved.” This is a prayer that is in one accord with God’s Will; you are praying with Him as you pray to Him. Remember, God Almighty has allowed His Son Jesus Christ to sacrifice Himself so that this prayer will manifest in these last days.
In Christ’s Love for us all equally, Love, Chris
