Chapter 5
The Holy Spirit

[There are more videos at the bottom of this, Chapter 5)
(Acts 1:4-5)
And being assembled together with them, He [Jesus] commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be (*)baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
(*) “shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit”: “The passive tense of the verb [baptized] indicates that baptism does not depend upon our efforts to obtain the promise but upon the Lord’s Will.  The simple future tense demonstrates that there is no uncertainty or doubt in the promise.  The Greek word for “baptized” means “to immerse” or “to dip.” It also connotes being identified with someone or something.  Spirit baptism means we have BEEN PLACED IN SPIRITUAL UNION WITH ONE ANOTHER IN THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST, THE CHURCH [CONGREGATION].  (Copied from NKJV Bible; note on Acts 1:5)
The Holy Spirit is the THIRD MEMBER IN THE TRINITY (Matt 28:19; John 15:26; Acts 2:33]!   Do not allow anyone to convince you that He is not!
(1 Corinthians 12:13)
For BY ONE SPIRIT WE WERE ALL BAPTIZED [fully submerged] INTO ONE BODY — whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free — and HAVE ALL BEEN MADE TO DRINK INTO ONE SPIRIT.
(1 Corinthians 10:1-5)
Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers [Israel] were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, ALL ATE THE SAME SPIRITUAL FOOD, and ALL DRANK THE SAME SPIRITUAL DRINK [Communion]. FOR THEY DRANK OF THAT SPIRITUAL ROCK THAT FOLLOWED THEM, AND
THAT ROCK WAS CHRIST.
(Acts 2:17)
And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, t
hat I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH [those saved and unsaved]…
Why “ALL FLESH?”    1 Corinthians 12:3 teaches us why:  “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and NO ONE CAN SAY THAT JESUS IS LORD EXCEPT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.”

(1 Corinthians 6:15-17)
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ [Christ’s One Body]? … But HE WHO IS JOINED TO THE LORD IS ONE SPIRIT WITH HIM.

(Romans 8:9)
“However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But IF ANYONE DOES NOT HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT, HE DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM [Christ].”

Who Is The Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit, or Holy Ghost is actually the Father’s own Spirit: first given to Jesus Christ and then to us; and, as previously said, He is one member in the Trinity of God (Matt 28:19).  The Holy Spirit’s main purpose on earth is to transform and change a lost mankind into God our Father’s and Christ’s loving nature and character: which has been shown to us through Christ’s sacrifice for our salvation.
Jesus said in John 14:15-18, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.  And I will pray to the Father, and He will give you another Helper [the Holly Spirit], that He may abide with you forever — THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but YOU KNOW HIM, FOR HE DWELLS WITH YOU AND WILL BE IN YOU.  I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you [thru My Spirit who is Holy].”
(John 15:26-27)
“But when the Helper comes, WHOM I [Jesus] SHALL SEND TO YOU FROM THE FATHER, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH WHO PROCEEDS [projects, comes] FROM THE FATHER, He will testify of Me [speak in My/God’s behalf on earth]…

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS SENT IN JESUS CHRIST’S NAME:

(John 14:25-26)
“These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.  But the Helper, THE HOLY SPIRIT, WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND IN MY NAME, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”
One reason the Holy Spirit was sent to you is “to teach you all things.”  After reading the above scripture, some may say, “No, He was sent to HELP us.”
Yes, He came to help you become God’s NEW CREATION, because the old creation was and is not acceptable before God (in His presence).  The Holy Spirit brings us into transformation and changes us into Christ’s very nature and character.  The Holy Spirit has come to “Help” you re-enter the presence of God, and thus bring great glory and pleasure to our Father as He looks at you standing before Him.  God sees that His Son, Jesus Christ’s intercession in your behalf has been successful, and that God’s intent through Christ’s sacrifice is manifesting within each Child of God who has received God’s Holy Spirit.  Jesus Christ is the first of many brothers and sister:
(Romans 8:29-30)
For WHOM HE FOREKNEW (you, us), HE ALSO PREDESTINE TO BE CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, THAT HE MIGHT BE THE FIRSTBORN AMONG MANY BROTHERS [AND SISTERS]. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, THESE HE ALSO GLORIFIED.
The complete study of the Holy Spirit is massive.  In fact, I would say it is without end.  Here, however, we limit it to His relationship with, and within Christ’s One Body of Believers.
SPIRIT: Old Testament Hebrew Definition:
OT:7307:  wind; … BREATH, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; … LIFE, anger…; … by resemblance SPIRIT, but only of a rational being…: Translated in the KJV Bible as: air, anger, blast, BREATH, cool, courage, mind… spirit ([-ual])… ([whirl-]) wind (-y).”
Old Testament:
(Genesis 2:7)
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and BREATHED INTO HIS NOSTRILS THE BREATH OF LIFE [same Hebrew word as “Spirit”; #7307]; and man became a living being.
SPIRIT: New Testament Greek Definition:
NT:4151  … a current of air, i.e. BREATH (blast) or a breeze (ie “wind”); … a SPIRIT, i.e. (human) the rational soul… (superhuman) an ANGEL, DEMON, or (divine) God, Christ’s Spirit, the Holy Spirit: KJV: GHOST, LIFE, SPIRIT…MIND…
New Testament:
(John 20:21-22)
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, HE BREATHED ON THEM [He breathed Spiritual Life, the Holy Spirit into them], and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit/Ghost…”
Using the definitions above, we can see that the Holy Spirit is the SPIRIT OF GOD, the WIND OF GOD, and GOD’S BREATH OF LIFE. We all must receive God’s Spiritual breath and birth in order to live both now and eternally with God.  God is Spirit (see John 4:23-24).

SPIRITUAL IMPARTATION

Above, in John 20:21-22, we see Jesus (*)impart the Holy Spirit to the Apostles. The Holy Spirit can, and does move from one person to another according to God’s will.  The touch of a person filled with the Holy Spirit most often transfers the presence of God’s Spirit into the person they touch.  God taught me years ago: When we are in, and filled with the Holy Spirit is as we touch, lay our hands on, or even hug a person that we transfer the fullness of the Holy Spirit from one person to another. Notice, below, that hands were used to impart [give or share; give over] the POWER of the Holy Spirit from one person to the next.  ALL that He is, is imparted, “For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for GOD DOES NOT GIVE THE SPIRIT BY MEASURE (John 3:34).
We know that each member in Christ’s Body is completely filled, without measure, by the Holy Spirit; and therefore, as each filled member unites with the other members in Christ’s one Body, the SPIRITUAL POWER becomes immeasurable in human terms.
For example, five Christians together, all Spiritually filled without measure have five times the Spiritual Power that one has. Meditate, think on the power available to all Christians, BOTH FROM HEAVEN AND ON EARTH as they become a unified member in the ONE Body of Christ: under His ONE NAME, HEART, SPIRIT and AUTHORITY!”
As God’s Holy Spirit taught us in Genesis 11:6 “the Lord  said, “Indeed the people are ONE and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; NOW NOTHING THEY PROPOSE TO DO WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THEM.
(Luke 4:40-41)
When the sun was setting, all those who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Him [Jesus]; and HE LAID HIS HANDS ON EVERY ONE OF THEM AND HEALED THEM.  AND DEMONS CAME OUT OF MANY, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!”

(Acts 28:8-9)
And it happened that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and dysentery. Paul went in to him and PRAYED, AND LAID HIS HANDS ON HIM AND HEALED HIM. So when this was done, the rest of those on the island who had diseases also came and were healed.
God has taught me that when one is filled with the Holy Spirit, the room they are in can be filled with God’s Spiritual presence through impartation.
Below, we see God apply this principle as He imparts, or shares the Holy Spirit that was upon Moses with the seventy elders.
(Numbers 11:16-25)
So the Lord said to Moses: “Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you.  Then I WILL COME DOWN AND TALK WITH YOU THERE. I WILL TAKE OF THE SPIRIT THAT IS UPON YOU AND WILL PUT THE SAME UPON THEM; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you may not bear it yourself alone.
So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle.  Then the Lord  came down in the cloud, and spoke to him [Moses], and TOOK THE SPIRIT THAT WAS UPON HIM,  AND PLACED THE SAME UPON THE ELDERS; AND IT HAPPENED, WHEN THE SPIRIT RESTED UPON THEM,  THAT THEY PROPHESIED [speak (or sing) [or write] by inspiration from God (in prediction or simple conversation], although they never did so again.

[EXCERPT]

The following, “What Is Impartation” is an excerpt from the website, Daren Canning Ministries at https://www.destinyimage.com/2014/11/30/jonathan-welton-what-is-impartation/
To understand impartation, you have to understand anointing, which in the Bible means “a smearing.” In Scripture, oil is symbolic of the Holy Spirit. When a prophet or priest poured, rubbed, or smeared oil over the head of someone, it was referred to as anointing that person. This actually gave the anointed person a measure of the oil that belonged to the prophet or priest. This is commonly referred to as transferring the anointing.
In the Old Testament, the oil was used to signify the passing of the anointing. In the New Testament we find that the anointing of the Holy Spirit can now be passed through the laying on of hands because the anointing abides within us: “But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you…” (1 John 2:27).
The apostle Paul named the laying on of hands as one of the six basic fundamental doctrines a Christian should understand. This places it in the very foundation of our Christian beliefs. In many circles of the modern Church, impartation is ignored, if not denied all together; in the first century, it was considered a foundational truth: “Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrines about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of…the laying on of hands…” (Hebrews 6:1-2).
Paul also thought of impartation as part of the process of becoming established. He imparted spiritual gifts to the Roman believers to give them a better foundation: “For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established…” (Rom. 1:11 NKJV).
In the Old Testament, the anointing was a very purposeful, pronounced event. Impartation occurs not just because of touch, but because a person places his or her hands on you by the direction of the Holy Spirit with a goal in mind. Intentionally, the impartation occurs.
To say that impartation occurs every time touch occurs would be similar to saying that if an Old Testament prophet had a leaky oil flask, then everything that he dripped oil on was anointed to be king. If it were just touch, then every time you shook someone’s hand, you would have some of him or her rub off on you. This is not biblical, and we are not promoting such superstition. We intentionally give that which we have, by the direction of the Holy Spirit: “what I have I give you…” (Acts 3:6).
There are many other examples throughout the Bible of individuals or groups of people receiving an impartation from the Lord through another person:
  • Joshua and Moses:“Now Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him; so the children of Israel heeded him, and did as the Lord had commanded Moses” (Deut. 34:9 NKJV).
  • Moses and the Elders:“So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle. Then the Lord came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied…” (Num. 11:24-25a NKJV).
  • Elijah and Elisha:“And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, ‘Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?’ Elisha said, ‘Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me’” (2 Kings 2:9 NKJV).
  • Peter:“Then Peter said, ‘Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk’” (Acts 3:6 NKJV).
  • Paul and Timothy:“Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership” (1 Tim. 4:14).
Timothy was deeply impacted by impartation. Specifically, as a result of impartation, he received a spiritual gift through the laying on of hands and prophecy by a prophetic presbytery of elders: “Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands” (2 Tim. 1:6 NKJV).
Does everyone receive the same level of impartation when hands are laid on? It is the mercy of God that protects us from receiving more than we can handle. As Pastor Bill Johnson of Redding, California, says, “Revelation always brings responsibility, and hunger is the thing that prepares our hearts to carry the weight of that responsibility.” Our character must be able to uphold the amount of power we carry, or else we are a danger to those around us. So the answer is no, not everyone receives the same level of anointing in impartation. God knows what you need, and what you can handle…”
[END EXCERPT]
We know, therefore, that as you speak Jesus’ name, and (ie) reach out your hand to heal the sick, you have literally called upon your God given partnership with the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. The healing manifests THROUGH the Holy Spirit living within you because of the covenant promise that teaches us, “Ask anything in My [Jesus’] Name and I, or My Father, will give it to you [John 14:14; John 16:23-24].”  You have, or are about to activate God’s eternal Will, which never ceases to be God’s complete healing
As your hand touches, or spiritually attaches to the sick person, it is ACTUALLY THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO REACHES OUT, TOUCHES, and ATTACHES TO THEM through you; He does this as He flows through your spirit and physical body, ESPECIALLY YOUR HANDS. The fullness of this POWER comes forth from the ONE BODY of Christ Jesus.  Jesus is the ONE with the NAME above all names, and the Spiritual power of all members together within His ONE Body.
Again, the Holy Spirit shares Jesus’ NAME on earth (per Jesus, in John 14:25-26, above) so that AS YOU CALL OUT JESUS’ NAME YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST’S ONE BODY; and literally activate the POWER and INSTRUCTION of the Holy Spirit.  You do this, not as one member in Christ, but as Christ and His One Body of members.  Christ manifests all that He is within His ONE BODY!
Our failure to become Spiritually united hinders, and in some cases stops the flow of God and God’s Will for His people.

ONE ACCORD PRAYER

God said on December 31, 2018, “There is Spiritual POWER in all who are in one accord!  When God says “in one accord” He is speaking of all those who are within the same SPIRITUAL heart and mind as He is (1 Cor 2:15-16; Ezek 36:25-27).
In fact, we are shown in Acts 2:1-4, that all were in ONE ACCORD and ONE PLACE when the Holy Spirit was given on the day of Pentecost:
“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, THEY WERE ALL WITH ONE ACCORD AND IN ONE PLACE.  And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.  Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.  And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. NKJV
When we are in one accord we are unified in our hearts and minds: Today, most of our time and Spiritual prayers should be directed toward manifesting Jesus’ nature within ourselves and those around us. We should pray as Jesus did in His prophetic prayer:
(Ephesians 4:1-6)
I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, BEARING WITH ONE ANOTHER IN LOVE, ENDEVORING TO KEEP THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT IN THE BOND OF PEACE. THERE IS ONE BODY AND ONE SPIRIT, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

(Matthew 6:9-10)
FATHER, YOUR KINGDOM COME YOUR WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
(Luke 17:20-21)
“The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU.”
(John 3:5-6)
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I SAY TO YOU, UNLESS YOU ARE BORN OF WATER AND SPIRIT, YOU CANNOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD.  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and THAT WHICH IS BORN OF SPIRIT IS SPIRIT.”
Jesus said, on December 24, 2018, “We [Jesus included Himself] must come together within our minds and hearts as My One Body with no divisions. THIS IS WHERE THE CHANGE OCCURS. THIS IS HOW THE PEOPLE WHO ARE COUNTRIES APART (some now in heaven), MILES APART (on various continents, countries, towns, and families) BECOME THE ONE BODY OF CHRIST: My One Body. We [Jesus included Himself] must begin to see all Christians as the one family that WE ARE, with Christ [Me alone] as our one and only HEAD.”
Above, we see Christ include Himself, the Head, as a member within His one Body of Believers.  The difference being, “all direction in any body comes from the HEAD!  In this case, Christ Himself!

OUR NEW HEART AND NATURE

 (Romans 8:10-17)
“…if Christ is in you, the [physical] body is dead because of sin, but THE SPIRIT IS LIFE because of righteousness.  But if the Spirit of Him [our Father] who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you [all of us].
Therefore, brethren, we are debtors — not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if BY THE SPIRIT you put to death the deeds of the [physical] body, you will live. For AS MANY AS ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD, THESE ARE THE SONS OF GOD. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “ABBA, FATHER.”  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs — HEIRS OF GOD AND JOINT HEIRS WITH CHRIST, if indeed we suffer with Him, THAT WE MAY BE GLORIFIED TOGETHER [in Christ].
Years ago, when praying in tongues, I heard the Spirit say, “Abba” over and over again; this went on for months.  One day, I thought to myself, “I wonder if the word “Abba” is in the Bible?” I looked it up and was absolutely delighted to find that I was calling out to my  Father, to God Almighty JUST AS Jesus did in Mark 14:35-36; Gal 4:6-7.
Christ’s one Body has but one heart. He has personally given us His one heart and nature.   Jesus’ heart and nature is also the one heart and nature of God our Father and the Holy Spirit.  We share the one heart of God our Father along with Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  This sharing is a MUST for God’s eternal life in us.  Praise God that it has been given to us while we are still on earth. [For more information, read: “RESURRECTED MAN ~ God’s RESURRECTED PEOPLE” (Written Only)]
Through God’s Holy Spirit your old heart and mind are cut away, or circumcised; and you are given a new heart and mind by God. (See Ezek 11:19-20; Ezek 36:26-27; 1 Cor 2:16). Praise God, in Ezekiel 36:27 God goes even further and promises that His people will also be given His own Holy Spirit.  As you are born again into God’s Spiritual Life, God’s Spirit replaces your old and dying inner man, or spirit with the very life of Christ:
(Ezekiel 36:23-28)
And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord ,” says the Lord God , “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.  I WILL PUT MY OWN SPIRIT WITHIN YOU AND CAUSE YOU to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.  Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God.

(1 Corinthians 15:47-49)
The first man [Adam] was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man [Christ] is the Lord from heaven. As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, WE SHALL ALSO BEAR THE IMAGE OF THE HEAVENLY MAN.
 (Romans 2:28-29)
For HE WHO IS A JEW IS ONE INWARDLY; AND CIRCUMCISION IS THAT OF THE HEART, IN THE SPIRIT, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.
(Philippians 3:3)
“FOR WE ARE THE CIRCUMCISION, WHO WORSHIP GOD IN THE SPIRIT, REJOICE IN CHRIST JESUS, AND HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN THE FLESH” (NKJ)

THE NEW INNER MAN

(Ephesians 2:13-14)
But now IN CHRIST JESUS you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made us both [Jew/Gentile; saved/unsaved] one and has broken down IN HIS FLESH the dividing wall of hostility by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might CREATE IN HIMSELF ONE NEW MAN in place of two [originally Jew & Gentile; now all races], so making peace
and that He might reconcile them both to God IN ONE BODY through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
(Ephesians 4: 17-32)
This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles [unsaved] walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, BECAUSE OF THE IGNORANCE THAT IS IN THEM, BECAUSE OF THE BLINDNESS OF THEIR HEART; who, BEING PAST FEELING, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness WITH GREEDINESS.
But you have not so learned Christ, IF INDEED YOU HAVE HEARD HIM AND HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BY HIM, AS THE [ONE] TRUTH IS IN JESUS: that YOU PUT OFF, concerning your former conduct, the OLD MAN which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the NEW MAN which was created according to God [in Spiritual image, nature, and character], in true RIGHTEOUSNESS and HOLINESS. Therefore, PUTTING AWAY LYING (Jn 14:17; Jn 15:26; Jn 16:13; , “LET EACH ONE OF YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH with his neighbor, “FOR WE ARE MEMBERS OF ONE ANOTHER… Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even AS GOD IN CHRIST FORGAVE YOU.

A GLIMPSE AT CHRIST’S WIFE

(Eph 5:25-32)
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For WE ARE MEMBERS OF HIS BODY, of His flesh and of His bones. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
God is in the process of preparing His Glorious Church, His One Body and Wife RIGHT NOW (see Jer 31:32-34; Is 54:5).   How is this done?  In Revelation 19:6-9 we read,
“And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.  Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: FOR THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB HAS COME, AND HIS WIFE [Christ’s Congregation, Church] HAS MADE HERSELF READY.   And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE SAINTS [AS ONE BODY] (see 2 Cor 5:21).  And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb…”
ALL of Christ’s members, His Wife, have made themselves ready for marriage through seeking and allowing the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and God’s Grace. Notice, “HIS WIFE HAS MADE HERSELF READY, and to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF (1)SAINTS.”
(1) SAINTS:
The word “SAINT” is derived from a Greek verb hagiazo whose basic meaning is “to set apart,” “sanctify,” or “make holy.” (Copied from Bible Study Tools; https://www.biblestudytools.com/dictionary/saints/
“People who have been separated from the world and consecrated to the worship and service of God. Followers of the Lord are referred to by this phrase throughout the Bible, although its meaning is developed more fully in the New Testament. Consecration (setting apart) and purity are the basic meanings of the term. BELIEVERS ARE CALLED “SAINTS” (Rom 1:7) and “SAINTS IN CHRIST JESUS” (Phil 1:1) BECAUSE they belong to the ONE who provided their (1a)sanctification [Sainthood; setting apart and holiness].
(1a) Sanctified:
The process of God’s grace by which the believer is separated from sin and becomes dedicated to God’s righteousness. Accomplished by the Word of God (John 17:7) and the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:3-4), sanctification results in holiness, or purification from the guilt and power of sin.
Sanctification as separation from the world and setting apart for God’s service is a concept found throughout the Bible. Spoken of as “holy” or “set apart” in the Old Testament were the land of Canaan, the city of Jerusalem, the tabernacle, the Temple, the Sabbath, the feasts, the prophets, the priests, and the garments of the priests. God is sanctified by the witness of believers (1 Peter 3:15) and by His judgments upon sin (Ezek 38:16). Jesus also was “sanctified and sent into the world” (John 10:36)  [from Nelson’s Illustrated Bible Dictionary…]
Are you a SAINT?  Are you called, sanctified (or set apart,  and separated from the world) and made holy in order to WORSHIP OF GOD?

How has Christ’s Wife made herself ready?  The righteousness that the Wife now possesses is Christ’s own righteousness: given to her through His sacrifice for her.  She has made herself ready in Christ’s, her Husband’s righteousness?   However, Praise God, God has done everything for her/us!   2 Corinthians 5:20-21 gives us this blessing:
“Now then, WE ARE AMBASSADORS FOR CHRIST, as though God were pleading through [all of] us: we implore you [the unsaved] on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For HE MADE HIM [Jesus] WHO KNEW NO SIN TO BE SIN FOR US, THAT WE MIGHT BECOME THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM.
You are a Saint and a member within Christ and His Wife, final Congregation/Church. If you (all members in Christ) have followed God’s one New Testament commandment – that is TO LOVE!
(John 13:34-35)
A NEW COMMANDMENT I [Jesus] GIVE TO YOU, that YOU LOVE ONE ANOTHER; AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, THAT YOU ALSO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. By this all will know that you are My disciples, IF YOU HAVE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER.”

(Mark 12:28-31)
Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”
Jesus answered him, “The FIRST OF ALL the Commandments is: … The Lord  our God, the Lord  is ONE.  And YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the SECOND, like it, is this: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

I, Chris Williams, serve Jesus Christ, and thus you, within all of the five-fold ministry callings; I have done so since 1988, when I first heard Jesus Christ speak through me. If you would like to read more about that exciting life changing event, it is posted on our website: "Christ’s First Love Letter Thru Chris (1988) ~ NOW with UPDATES". Please search for it under the search words, "First Love Letter." I love Jesus Christ, God our Father, and the Holy Spirit with all that God has created me to be. I am so very grateful for every day that we are together with you and His other loving Children. I especially love to help Jesus teach others to prophesy, which is to hear God speak through them in their own language so that all present can understand and learn (see 1 Cor 14:1-39). I rejoice every time another Child hears God and begins their own intimate conversations with their Father, Savior and Helper/Comforter. All that God says must agree with the Bible. Please contact me for seminars, classes, lectures etc at chris@christine-williams-ministry.org . I'd love to meet you in person! In His Love For You, Chris
